Every purchase is made to order. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you experience any issues, we're here to help!

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at info@thecoolelephant.com with a description of the problem. We will respond as soon as possible.

Return Policy:

• Items must be in unworn condition.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not offer exchanges.
• Cancellations or size changes can only be made on the same day the order is placed.
• Products marked as "limited stock" cannot be returned or replaced as they are unique items.
